"I took my Bandit in for overdue scheduled maintenance and was very pleased with the outcome. Stefan was courteous and knowledgeable about their maintenance department. My bike was done by the time they said it would be, and the price was what he quoted me, even though the mechanic spent more time working on it than expected, due to the fact that my bike was OVEREDUE for scheduled maintenance (What can I say, I put off getting the work done last year, so that I could ride).
They retained all the old parts for me to inspect, even added a missing master link clip, which somehow I managed to lose. The work that was being done to it did not even come close to the chain, so apparently the mechanic did a THOROUGH job of inspecting my bike to notice the missing clip.
The bike was ready for me when I went to pick it up, they even had it hooked up to a battery tender for me, to ensure the bike was ready to go.
Two or three days later, I got a phone call from Stefan. He was making a follow-up call to see how the bike was running after it had its maintenance done to it. That tells me they care enough about their customers to ensure they are happy."
